SHE monitors the implementation of school health promotion in our member countries. This country-specific report summarizes the results of the SHE monitoring survey in Hungary. The survey was conducted in September 2020.
In Hungary, the holistic health promotion for the country's more than 3800 schools is prescribed by law since 2012. There is a holistic, whole school approach where health promotion must be part of the everyday life of the school and with participation of the whole school, parents and the public environment.
