5th European Conference on School Health Promotion

The dates for the 5th European Conference on School Health Promotion has now been confirmed. The conference will be held in Moscow 20-22 November 2019.

Building on the previous conferences in Greece (1997), the Netherlands (2002), Lithuania (2009) and Denmark (2013), the 5th European Conference on Health Promoting Schools will be take place in Moscow in 2019. From 20 to 22 November, participants will have the opportunity to share, exchange and discuss current trends in research and practice on school health promotion. The conference is organized by the National Medical Research Center of Children’s Health of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation in collaboration with the Russian Ministry of Health, the WHO Regional Office for Europe, the Schools for Health in Europe Network Foundation, and the Russian branch of Health Promoting Schools Network.

A scientific board for the conference has been established with the task of defining conference themes, sending out call for abstracts, assessing incoming abstracts and suggesting key speakers. Further information will be available soon - but please, note the date in your calendar.
