New platform with health promotion tools

SHE congratulates the HEPCOM project in successfully creating an European platform with concrete tools for the work for children’s health promotion. The platform was launched in December in Brussels. The platform’s aim is to create an ideal working process for the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of projects, activities and interventions.
